Everything was really good, perfect location to the ski slopes, the staff were well-trained. Had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and refrigerators. It had a nice interior and I also truly enjoyed garden views from the window.

Hotel was fairly clean, extraordinarily friendly staff.

We stayed at Momini Dvori Boutique Guest House for 3 nights with my family and it was a perfect 10/10 experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and dedicated, making our stay enjoyable. the location right on the square was fantastic.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a hotel in Bansko. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the main square and other areas on foot. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, with a cozy fireplace and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options to choose from, although not the most innovative. it was great value for money and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Great rooms! The photos hardly do justice to the beautifully-appointed rooms. Our group had two rooms and both were spacious and comfortable. Nice bathrooms, too. Also, it turned out that our rate included free breakfast and dinner ("half-board included" which we thought just meant breakfast) so that was a pleasant surprise. Had we stayed more than two nights, we probably would have gone elsewhere for at least one dinner, but it was nice for the two nights we were there. The shuttle to the mountain was also a nice touch, though a small vehicle so you may need to plan multipe trips if you have a large group.

The reception staff knew almost nothing about skiing, which is the main reason that a person would go to Bansko in the winter. This info would have been very helpful and we were shocked that they didn't know anything. Also, at least one person who worked the front desk didn't speak any English.

Perfect location just at the Main Square next to the община банско, perfect view out from the windows, clean spacious room and wc, individual cosmetic/wash sets available, hairdryer, super bed and linings, well trained staff speaking English, very nice and helpful people ready to assist. Price for the room included breakfast & dinner!

No elevator - for those who may need it

In this hotel, we enjoyed a central location just in front of a beautiful square in the heart of the old town. We could easily access transportation and parking was free nearby. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and attentive staff.

This hotel ticks all the boxes! It's located in the very central Bansko square, close to all the action. The rooms are just as in the photos, with all facilities to keep you comfortable - including a fireplace and a hot tub! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included various options that were all tasty.

All was spot on, couldn't ask for more!

momini dvori had a great location in the city center, perfect for walking around. the staff was kind and the rooms cozy. the whole building had a beautiful appearance. the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

There is no an area to meet /seat with friends

our second stay in bansko was even better than the first, thanks to momini dvori boutique guest house. the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, from the receptionist who spoke great english to the friendly driver of the shuttle. the rooms were cozy and the restaurant served delicious food.
